I am unable to use vm converter to import a physical server, the error I get is:


Unable to connect to the remote VMWare Converter Agent. The remote host is not accessable using Microsoft Network services . I t may be down or firewalled.

You need to make sure that you have ports 445, 139 open.  there are others, but these are the most commonly closed ones.  I would shut off your windows firewall if it is on.
